What is the difference between a lightbox, pylon and totem?+
A lightbox is usually mounted on a building. A pylon is a tall freestanding sign visible from further away. A totem provides information and directions near the entrance. Names are sometimes used interchangeably; the dimensions, content and location matter most.
Can I get an estimate without my own artwork?+
Yes. The product type and dimensions are enough. Deselect “I have my own artwork” to include the design fee. You can simply enter your company name in the configurator.
Is the calculator price a final offer?+
The calculator shows an estimate based on the JKLM price list and helps prepare your enquiry. We confirm the final offer after reviewing the artwork, lighting, structure, transport and installation conditions.
Do I need to choose the LEDs and power supply myself?+
No. Choose the light colour and where the sign will be used. The studio suggests LED modules and a power supply for the structure. Lighting uniformity and operating conditions must be checked before production. Component details are available in the technical options.
Does the preview show the exact colour and brightness?+
The preview helps you judge proportions and appearance. The screen, material, print and on-site lighting affect how colours look. We confirm the production file and final finish separately.
What do the material names in the specifications mean?+
The face is the sign’s visible surface. Opal acrylic diffuses light. Aluminium composite board forms the rigid enclosure; documents may refer to it as ACM or Dibond. Profile names identify structural parts and are not needed for your initial choice.
