How should I prepare the artwork?

Ideally, match the proportions of the finished sign. Use a PNG with a transparent background for an illuminated cut-out logo, and a JPG for a fully printed face. “Entire artwork” keeps the whole image; “Fill the face” crops it to the sign’s proportions. Both modes preserve the artwork’s aspect ratio.

A PDF with fonts converted to outlines is useful for production. We show the selected page as an image on the face and keep the original unchanged. Before manufacturing, we check colours and whether the lettering can be cut. An image preview is not a cutting path.
